Rotating daily — miso soup, chawanmushi, or seasonal grilled vegetable.
Fourth Course
Nigiri (5 pieces)
Chef-pressed nigiri using aged rice, brushed with house tare. No soy needed.

Seasonal fish or meat, grilled, steamed, or poached over Japanese charcoal.
